What we ship & where we deliver
Yanaa cooks savoury sports nutrition in food-grade pouches — healthy snacks for runners, cyclists, hikers and endurance athletes. We deliver across mainland France and to selected European destinations with reliable carriers: Mondial Relay, DPD and Colissimo.
Weekday dispatch from Annecy — ADTP: Monday to Friday.
Same-day handover cut-off: 12:00 — midday.
Carriers may deliver Monday to Saturday depending on service and destination.
Exact shipping fees are shown at checkout based on basket, service and destination.

Mondial Relay
Point Relais® — out-of-home pickup
Delivery to a Point Relais® with secure collection: collection code / QR code depending on the service.
Parcel limits — guide: up to 30 kg for Point Relais® standard format; size limits are mainly expressed as maximum length and maximum combined dimensions L + W + H depending on the format/service.
Holding period: 8 days from the day after delivery, then returned to sender, depending on Mondial Relay terms and the chosen service.
Lockers
Collection via QR code / app opening depending on the service.
Parcel limits — guide: up to 25 kg, with locker-specific maximum length and combined dimensions L + W + H.
Holding period: 5 days from the day after delivery, then returned to sender, depending on Mondial Relay terms and the chosen service.
Home delivery — if enabled / depending on destination
Indicated parcel format: 64 × 40 × 38 cm.
For international deliveries, home delivery may be handled by Mondial Relay partner carriers.
Indicative transit times
Mondial Relay publishes indicative timelines that vary by service — hub/agency injection — and destination.
DPD
DPD Predict — Home delivery: choose your delivery slot via Predict: SMS/email. If delivery fails, the local depot may hold the parcel for 5 working days or redirect it to a Pickup point.
DPD Relais — Pickup: parcel available for 9 calendar days; ID and/or a PIN code may be required.
Parcel limits — domestic road: up to 30 kg, maximum length ≤ 2.0 m, and girth L + 2H + 2W ≤ 300 cm.
Relais / Returns: up to 20 kg, maximum length ≤ 1.0 m, girth ≤ 250 cm.
Volumetric weight = L × W × H in cm / 5000; billing is based on whichever is higher.
Colissimo
Colissimo Home delivery — with or without signature — and Colissimo Pickup: post offices, partner shops, lockers, neighbour-relays.
Indicative transit time: 24–48 hours in mainland France; maximum weight 30 kg.
Typical holding: 14 days — post offices/partner shops —, 5 days — lockers. After a failed home delivery, La Poste generally holds parcels for 15 days.
Europe delivery — depending on destination
Depending on the destination and the options available at checkout, we ship via:
Mondial Relay OOH — out-of-home pickup — to selected destinations, for example Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland; Germany and Austria via a partner.
DPD for the EU zones shown at checkout.
Indicative transit times and holding periods can vary by country and by service. Mondial Relay, for example, applies different holding periods depending on the destination, and lockers can vary too.

For a first-time successful delivery
Please provide a complete address: door code, phone number, name on intercom. We cannot refund a missed delivery due to an incorrect address, absence, refused delivery or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period.
If you’re not home / plans change
Use your tracking link to reschedule or redirect your delivery, for example Predict for DPD.
Holding periods by carrier/service:
Mondial Relay: Point Relais® 8 days; Lockers 5 days — France.
DPD: Relais 9 days; depot after failed home delivery 5 working days.
Colissimo: 14 days — pickup points — / 5 days — lockers; after a delivery notice, La Poste generally holds parcels for 15 days.
After that, parcels are returned to sender.
Uncollected parcel, refused delivery, incorrect or incomplete address
If an order is returned to us because the parcel was not collected within the carrier’s holding period, was refused, or because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the return and handling fees charged to Yanaa may be charged to the customer.
These fees may be:
deducted from the refund, if a refund is requested; or
requested before any reshipment, if the customer wants the order sent again.
For Mondial Relay, these fees are currently €3.00 including VAT for a domestic return and €6.00 including VAT for an international return, unless carrier tariffs change. For Colissimo, DPD or any other carrier, the fees applied will correspond to the return, reshipment or handling fees charged to Yanaa by the relevant carrier.
If the order is reshipped, the new shipping fees will also be charged to the customer.
This rule does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by an error by Yanaa or a proven fault by the carrier.
Returns, failed deliveries & liability
How to write delivery reservations correctly
At delivery, write clear, quantified reservations on the device/delivery note, for example: “3 missing out of 12”, “2 parcels crushed, contents wet”.
Vague statements — “subject to unpacking”, “parcel damaged” — are not admissible.
Confirm within 3 working days — B2B — or 10 days — consumer — by registered letter or email where accepted.
Admissible: “3 bottles missing out of 6”, “3 bottles broken out of 6”, “screen broken”.
Not admissible: “subject to unpacking”, “parcel wet”, “subject to working order”.
Compensation limits — summary
DPD — standard, without extra insurance: €33/kg, capped at €1,000 per parcel, or €660 per parcel for DPD Relais/Return. Ad Valorem insurance optional.
Colissimo: generally €23/kg — services without signature, including Pickup — and €33/kg — with signature. Ad Valorem possible.
Mondial Relay: compensation depends on the Mondial Relay service terms selected.
Return conditions
Non-perishable products: returns within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
Perishable products: no returns except proven shipping error or proven damage.
Returns must comply with the carrier’s weight and size limits.
With Mondial Relay, returns may be routed via Point Relais® / Lockers, with an indicative timeframe of 3 to 5 days from drop-off point to the logistics site.
Items not accepted for return
Very short-dated perishables, dangerous goods, cash/jewellery/biological items, unstable or unpackaged items.
