1) Who we are
We’re Yanaa, a French company rooted in Annecy, Haute‑Savoie (Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes, France). We craft real‑food sports nutrition - think savory energy pouches and healthy snacks for runners, cyclists, hikers, and endurance athletes.

2) Scope & acceptance
By browsing yanaa.food, creating an account, or buying our products, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please don’t use the site (we’ll miss you).
3) Our products & content accuracy
We work hard to keep product images, descriptions, ingredients, allergens, and prices accurate. Errors may occur; we’ll correct them quickly. Prices are in Euro (€), VAT‑inclusive, and may change.
4) Ordering
Add products to cart, choose shipping, pay securely, and confirm. You’ll get an order confirmation email. We may cancel or adjust an order for stock, pricing, or technical issues (you’ll be notified).
5) Payment & security
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB, Eurocard, American Express). Payments are processed via encrypted gateways (SSL/TLS). Title retention: goods remain Yanaa’s until paid in full (including shipping/taxes). We may request ID to prevent fraud.
6) Delivery (shipping overview)

Dispatch days: Monday-Friday from Annecy (ADTP)

Same‑day carrier handover cut‑off: 12:00 (midday)

Carrier networks may deliver Monday-Saturday depending on service and destination.

We ship across mainland France and parts of Europe with Chronopost, GLS, DPD, and Colissimo.

We don’t ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Your part: provide a complete address (name on bell, door code, phone). If an order returns due to an incomplete address or non‑collection, reship fees may apply.
Inspection on delivery (“reserves”): if something looks wrong (damaged, missing, wet), state specific, quantified notes on the driver’s device/receipt at handover (e.g., “2 pouches missing on 12”). Then contact us within 3 business days (B2C consumers have up to 10 days) so we can help.
Late or lost delivery: if a parcel hasn’t arrived 10 days after shipping confirmation, email us; we’ll open a carrier investigation.
Missed delivery: collect from the pickup point within the carrier’s holding time; after that, parcels typically return to us.
7) Customs & duties (outside the EU)
International customers are responsible for local customs, duties, and taxes.
8) Returns & refunds

Cooling‑off: return unopened, unused non‑perishables within 14 days of receipt in original packaging (customer pays return shipping unless we made an error).

Perishables: no returns unless preparation/shipping error or transport damage.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and validate the return.
9) Accounts
Keep your details current and your password safe. Tell us promptly about any suspicious activity.
10) Discount codes & promotions
One code per order unless stated. Codes are single‑use and can’t be exchanged for cash. Misuse may void the promotion and/or the order.
11) Availability
All items are subject to availability. If something’s out of stock, we’ll suggest an alternative, hold, or refund - your call.
12) Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, product names, copy) belongs to Yanaa. Please don’t reuse without permission.
13) Liability (grounded performance, no rockets)
We make real‑food endurance nutrition, not medical products or miracle cures. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where law says otherwise. Use products responsibly and follow usage/allergen guidance.
14) Data & privacy (GDPR)
We collect only the data needed to process orders and improve the experience (identity, contact, delivery details, device data; payment details are handled by our processor). We don’t sell or rent data and don’t store full card details.

15) Force majeure
Events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, network outages) may affect service. We’ll inform you and work on a solution.

17) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts in France have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
